For the young ones....

Play is the natural language of children, and children can express their thoughts and feelings through play. Often children do not have the words to express their feelings or experiences, so they express how they feel by acting out. When children have the opportunity to communicate how they feel through play, they many times feel better because their feelings have been released.

Our cheerful play therapy rooms and experienced therapists give children the opportunity to process grief and loss, academic stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, change, and more.

Play therapy is shown to be very effective with children between the ages of 4-12.
